Mid Georgia House Buyers is run by me, Chris Peisher. I grew up in Athens, Georgia and after graduating high school I attended the Georgia Institute of Technology (Boo Hiss Boo from all you UGA fans I know!!!) and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Following my college graduation I worked for a year as an intern at a Campus Ministry at Georgia Southern University. At Georgia Southern Christian Campus Fellowship I led men’s and co-ed small group bible studies and sang, played guitar and lead music in the Worship Team. While working for CCF, I met my wife, Sara, a recent graduate of Georgia Southern with a Degree in Early Childhood Education as it was the ministry she was a part of while she attended GSU. We married in 2003 and moved to Warner Robins.
I was hired as a Field Applications Engineer for a global fastener supplier located in Byron, GA and Sara worked as a teacher in the Houston County School System at Quail Run Elementary School . Our first child was born in 2007 and we now have a wonderful, joyous tornado of 4 children in our home! I worked 6 years in private industry and then was offered a job as an engineer on Robins Air Force Base. Sara now teaches our four children at home and we live just off Feagin Mill Road. We attend Longleaf Church on Russell Parkway where Sara works with pre-school kids in Waumba Land and I am a communicator rotating between Adult, Elementary, Middle and High School environments. Warner Robins is our home and we love it here!
I got involved with buying houses in Warner Robins because it seemed like something fun and exciting to do and I’ve always wanted to be “in business” of some sort. Sara and I bought our first three investment houses in 2005 (while we still lived in Bradford Place Apartments off Osigian Blvd!) and have bought and sold over 115 houses in the Warner Robins area in last 13 years. I try to approach every house situation with a totally open mind. I’ve learned over the years that money isn’t always the biggest issue. There are lots of other factors involved with selling a house.
